Hello, everyone! I’m Bonnie DeJesus, Managing Partner of Shepherd Forge Group. I’m glad to be here and looking forward to connecting with others in the real estate investment community.

I’m currently seeking commercial and income-producing properties, primarily in Florida, with a particular interest in multifamily, mixed-use, mobile home parks, hospitality, and flex/industrial opportunities. My current focus is generally in the $1 million to $2 million range, but I’m always willing to consider a solid opportunity outside that range.

I’m also here to build genuine, long-term relationships with property owners, brokers, lenders, investors, operators, and qualified buyers. I value honest communication, creative problem-solving, and working with people who believe integrity matters just as much as the numbers.
