Our preferred price range is $1 million to $2 million, but we will consider smaller and larger opportunities when the numbers make sense. We’re especially interested in off-market, underperforming, value-add, distressed, and motivated-seller opportunities.

Moderate renovations are welcome when they are properly reflected in the price. Our current focus is connecting strong opportunities with qualified investors, while remaining open to assignments, partnerships, creative financing, and select acquisitions.
