By creating an account, accessing, or using this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site. 1. Service Description REI Group Deal Hub is a membership platform that enables real-estate investors, wholesalers, agents, and lenders to create listings, connect on deals, and collaborate through CRM, marketplace, and messaging tools. 2. Eligibility Users must be at least 18 years old and conduct lawful business in the U.S. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws governing your use of the platform. 3. Accounts You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. 4. Payments and Renewals All paid plans are billed via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew at the stated interval unless canceled before the renewal date. You authorize recurring charges until cancellation. 5. Refunds A 7-day refund window applies to initial payments unless otherwise noted. After this period, refunds are not guaranteed but may be reviewed at our discretion. 6. Prohibited Conduct You may not: Post illegal, misleading, or fraudulent content. Offer securities or solicit unregistered investments. Misuse personal data of other members. Circumvent platform security or payment systems. 7. Intellectual Property All platform code, design, and trademarks belong to REInvestors LLC. You retain rights to your own uploaded content but grant us a license to display it within the hub for operational purposes. 8. Termination We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or for compliance reasons. Upon termination, you lose access to all member-only features. 9. Disclaimer We do not guarantee deal performance, funding availability, or member credibility. All investments carry risk; perform independent due diligence. 10. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, REInvestors LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. 11.
