Hello everyone,

I’m currently working on a graduate-level project for my Design Thinking and Innovation Management course focused on how local real estate investors find, research, and evaluate investment opportunities across the Albuquerque–Santa Fe–New Mexico market.

I’m looking for a few local real estate investors who have experience with tax auctions, foreclosure sales, distressed properties, government/public auctions, off-market properties, or similar investment opportunities.

I’m not selling or promoting anything. I’m simply conducting brief customer-discovery interviews to better understand how investors currently search for opportunities, what parts of the process take the most time, where frustrations occur, and whether potentially valuable opportunities may be missed because information is spread across different markets, counties, websites, and auction sources.

The questions should take about 5–10 minutes and can be answered through here or Facebook Messenger if that is easiest.
