A am a real estate broker in NY and Florida and have been investing/flipping real estate for the past 30 years.
I am good giving properties a special something that most apartments in the price range don’t have, sourcing and staging.
I am looking to flip properties in the area around Boca Raton and Delray Beach,

I am looking for a contractor who is interested in partnering up with me. The properties will be in the price range of $150-200K + renovation of 20-40K to be sold at 300K for a quick sale.
