Sub-Groups are rolling out later this week.

We are organizing the platform into focused Sub-Groups so you can plug into the right conversations faster. These will include:

Role-based groups (Lenders, Wholesalers, Buyers, Agents/Brokers, Contractors/Vendors, data providers)
Strategy groups (Wholesale, Fix & Flip, Buy & Hold, Creative Finance, Tax Liens/Deeds)
Geography groups (U.S. regions to start, then states as activity grows)

Once they go live, you will be able to join the groups that match what you do and where you operate. This will make it easier to find deals, funding, partners, and trusted providers without digging through a general feed.

If there are other Sub-Groups you would like to see, reply in the comments and tell us what you want, and why. For example: a specific state, asset class, strategy, or a specialty group (probate, pre-foreclosure, multifamily, land, etc.).
